I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?

We make every effort to ensure all your ordered items are delivered together. However, in some cases, items may be shipped separately—this depends on factors such as product availability and applicable shipping options for individual items. Once each item is shipped, you will receive a separate shipment notification email with tracking details.

Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?

Unfortunately, we cannot modify the delivery address or adjust shipment details once the product is in transit.
